I've finally created an MLP Blind Bag page. It's not exactly complete, however it is about 100% up to wave 7. Wave 8 (and obviously wave 9) are not yet done. However the page is up and ready for use.
I still have to update the H!P videos page as I haven't done that in ages, and it's a little out of date. Hopefully I'll be able to get around to doing that over the weekend.

Morning Musume - I WISH (Updated) Radio Rip
A radio rip of Morning Musume's updated version of I WISH from their new best album has been located on YouTube. Here's the video:
I think it sounds okay. Remember that this is the 9th, 10th, and 11th Generations, so no Sayu, which means they can't really find a reason to autotune any part of the vocals. (If they autotune Sayu's solo Aruiteru I'm going to be very angry, as I like Sayu's voice). Anyway, there's a few notes I'm not too pleased with, and at the end of the original there's something like a stretched out 'yeah' but in this new one it is like an 'oh' and it's a little offputting for me. This one is a lot closer to the original version, unlike the new Ren'ai Revolution 21. On that note, I do prefer the new version of I WISH over the new version of Ren'ai Revolution 21. I'm particularly looking forward to the new LOVE Machine, Sayu's Aruiteru and the new song, Wolf Boy.
This releases on September 25, 2013 in two editions: Regular and Limited.

Through the Mirror Princess Twilight Sparkle Fashion Style
Another of the Walmart exclusive Equestria Girls style ponies has popped up (the original two, regular Twi and Sunset Shimmer aren't posted because I kinda suck (lol)). This time, its the odd-looking Fashion Style Twilight we may have seen a while ago. Here's an image:
She comes rather decorated, like other Through the Mirror line playful ponies AliTwi and Sunset Shimmer, and with clothing. She has what looks like a papery skirt that can be coloured in with the included markers/textas. Seeing as this Equestria Girls themed line is a Walmart exclusive, I'm not entirely sure whether the Through the Mirror line will see a release in countries, such as Australia, that do not have Walmart stores.
There's no known release date for this line.

°C-ute - 23rd Single - Updated to be a Double A-Side
°C-ute's 23rd single, Tokai no Hitorigurashi (Living alone in the city) has been now announced to be a Double A-side. The other songs' titles (the other A-side and two B-sides) have not yet been released. It will be released in six editions, two regular and four limited, much like their previous single, Kanashiki Amefuri / Adam to Eve no Dilemma. It is set to release on the 6th of November.

Wave 9 Blind Bag Ponies found on Taobao!
The next wave of blind bag ponies has been found on Taobao! The theme appears to be similar to that of the upcoming Rainbow Power line, with the blind bag line returning to solid-coloured plastic, not translucent, with colourful designs over the box and bags and the phrase "Collect all 24 to complete your rainbow". Here are some interesting things about this wave:

- I am thinking that Sprinkle Medley is another fan-named background pony, Medley, as Hasbro lost rights to the name Medley a while ago as far as I know
- (New mold) Fluttershy, Amethyst Star, Berryshine, Mr. Cake, Sea Swirl, Nurse Snowheart and Sprinkle Medley are most likely characters Hasbro sees to be 'fan-favourite' ponies. Sea Swirl was an early blind bag release (wave 1 or 2), and Mr. Cake and (new mold) Fluttershy are available in packs. Other than those three, none of these 'fan-favourite' ponies have been released in figure form.

Berryz Kobo - Motto Zutto Isshoni Itakatta / ROCK Erotic - MVs on Hello! Station
On the most recent edition of Hello! Station (#32) the MVs for Berryz Kobo's 33rd single, Motto Zutto Isshoni Itakatta / ROCK Erotic have been released:
Motto Zutto Isshoni Itakatta is at the beginning and ROCK Erotic is at 6:24. I personally think the two songs are okay. ROCK Erotic was much different (and probably better) than what I thought it would be. I'm definately not a fan of the outfits in the first MV (Motto Zutto), from the top, most of the look quite nice but then the bottom half, not so much. Miyabi should've had her blazer on for the dance shot, in my opinion. I like the appearance of the ROCK Erotic MV, minus Risako's head accessories. Initially I really didn't like the bunny/rabbit ears, but when I noticed the rest of the accessory the ears were the least of my concerns, as the pattern decoration part on there, it makes it look like something may be wrong with Risako's head. The outfits in this MV however were much better than the Motto Zutto outfits.
Overall, the outfits could have been done better. However, the two songs are nice and I think they may helpp Berryz to regain some lost fans. Motto Zutto Isshoni Itakatta / ROCK Erotic releases on October 2nd.

°C-ute - 23rd Single Announced
°C-ute's 23rd single, currently titled Tokai no Hitorigurashi, has been announced. It is set to be released on November 6, 2013. No other details have been given other than they performed it on Budokan on Monday. A fan recording can be found below:

Anyway, it doesn't sound too bad. I'm not a massive Berryz fan like I am a °C-ute fan, but I don't mind this song. Unfortunately I've noticed that in my opinion, the quality of Berryz Kobo's songs and MVs started to drop off from cha cha SING, but this could be a turning point. I have a feeling that ROCK Erotic is going to be a very sexy-sounding rock style song.

Happy °C-ute Day!
Today, the 10th of September, is °C-ute's day. (It's also Skynote's birthday). Every year the band celebrates with a special concert event, usually part of the title is 9月10日は°C-uteの日(September 10 is °C-ute's day). On June 29, 2013, it was announced that this day had been officially recognised by the Japan Anniversary council. September 10 is also 'Sewer Day' in Japan.

MLP: Rainbow Power: Fantastic Flutters Figures
New figures from the upcoming Rainbow Power line have been found, 'Fantastic Flutters' figures to be exact. So far they are Princess Cadance and Princess Twilight Sparkle. They are in they playful ponies Cadance mold, but with what will most likely be large slots in their backs for their wings. They slightly resemble the G1 Flutter Ponies and the G4 Glimmer Wings Ponies. They have other colours in the hair (especially Twi with yellow, Cadance could have some green) and like some other Rainbow Power figures (particularly blind bag ponies, that due to a lack of time are not on this blog) they have rainbow-coloured markings on them. The shape of the boxes is new, and they do not appear to have any other accessories.
There's no word as to when the Rainbow Power line is set to release as of yet.

Morning Musume - Ren'ai Revolution 21 (Updated) Preview
A radio rip of the new version of Ren'ai Revolution 21 from Morning Musume's new best album, The Best! ~Updated Morning Musume~ has been put on Youtube.
I think the instrumental really fits Morning Musume's newer, more electric style, rather than the older instrumental. I can hear Riho and (autotuned) Sayumi really well. There's a few notes I feel uncomfortable with, but that's my opinion. I don't exactly love this new one, and I think many of Morning Musume's older fans may not either. At the moment I'm kinda leaning towards the old version.
