Notice - Lack of Reviews

So in the post before my Peanuts trailer post I said that I'd try to do episode reviews for new episodes of MLP:FiM and TMNT. There are various reasons as to why these are still yet to happen, as follows:

• For MLP:FiM, the episode that I said would be the first episode that I would review would be For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils, or whatever it's titled. The main reason as to why that review didn't happen was because that was an episode that featured Princess Luna. For some reason, I have difficulty responding to Luna, and this reason will be explained in more detail in a post I have coming up. I am also yet to watch Leap of Faith and 1, 2, 3, Testing as a result of time restraints. These two will probably get a joint review sometime this week (hopefully).
• The lack of TMNT reviews is partially to do with Nickelodeon's somewhat poor scheduling decisions, which involved swapping around the order in which some episodes aired. By the looks of it however, with Fungus Humongus last weekend and Metalhead Rewired appearing to be next week's episode, they seem to have gotten themselves back together. I haven't yet watched Fungus Humongus in high quality, but hopefully tomorrow I will be able to watch it and thus write a review on it.

This is pretty much all this post will be. Although I will be seeing the LEGO Movie on Wednesday so provided I can remember what happens I will be able to post a review of that (even though it came into American cinemas something like two months ago...)

New Peanuts Movie - Trailer and Discussion

So, I discovered yesterday that there will be a new Peanuts movie set for next year. First of all, from what I've seen it has two different names: Snoopy and Charlie Brown in the UK (and presumably Australia) and in the US it is simply titled Peanuts. It's being produced by 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios. Here is the US trailer:

And yet another accidental hiatus...

And it's been roughly another two months since I last updated... I kinda suck at this, don't I? Anyway, hopefully I can update a little more often... my lack of updates on my accounts is pretty much the same... I haven't been on Tumblr since the middle of November. I've decided to add/change some things that I use this blog for:

• Firstly, I've lost a lot of news sources for Hello! Project material. At the moment I really only get a steady amount of °C-ute news... so for now, until I can find some new sources, they're really the only H!P group I will be updating for.
• I'm considering doing episode reviews for the new episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the new series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With MLP:FiM, I will hopefully review the new episodes in the US, as I have access to high quality uploads of them (remember, I live in Australia, and don't have The Hub, lol). For TMNT, I will more than likely review the episodes as they come out in Australia. This is mainly because, unlike MLP:FiM, I do not have access to high quality versions of the episodes as they come out in the US. As a result, the first TMNT review will probably be tomorrow, with The Kraang Conspiracy and the first MLP:FiM review will probably be Sunday (my time), with For Who the Sweetie Belle Toils.
• In regards to reviews, I'm also thinking of doing reviews of figures/toys that I obtain. These, if they happen, will more than likely be incredibly irregular, varied and I won't even know what I'm going to do until I do it.
• Not trying to just make the blog a review blog, but I'll probably occassionally review the odd game, movie or movie trailer here and there.
• I will attempt to keep up with news for MLP:FiM. Obviously my information will come from EQD, and I won't post all of it, just the important bits.

And so, this has been my first update in a little while. Later I'm planning to talk about the Peanuts movie that's set for next year...

First post in nearly two months...

Wow... I haven't updated on here for almost two months... oops...
It's not just on here though, everywhere is like that. I can't even recall the last time I looked at Tumblr, let alone DeviantART.

In the last post I made, I said that hopefully I'd have the time to update the blog more frequently, and I used the word 'hopefully' because I wasn't sure if it was 100% going to be less busy for me or not. And that was a good idea as well, because my time remained pretty busy with Christmas and New Year's. I became really disconnected with a lot of things, and I missed a lot of news.

Soon I will be starting school for this year. It's going to hectic for the first week or two but hopefully I can then get everything under control and begin updating the blog again, as well as get back into everything else.

Also just a quick note that I may or may not change some of the layout etc, so just keep that in mind.

General Blog Update

This is just a general blog update.

Firstly, I haven't forgotten about the blog. I do apologise for the lack of updates, however with exams coming up for me as well as a bunch of other things happening, I have just not had the time and/or motivation to update with news. Hopefully after the next week or two I can get back to posting new announcements and other things.

Second, I have updated the pages. I have updated the MLP G4 Blind Bag page with more info for waves 8 and 9, this includes keys and images. I have also (possibly temporarily) taken down the Hello! Project video page. This was mainly due to the amount of work that that page requires to be constantly up to date that I cannot afford to put in right now due to my personal circumstances. I may put it back up in the future with some changes made to it.

Third, most of my 'social media' hasn't been updated in a while (this ranges from multiple days to over a year depending on which account is in question). Don't forget you can find these accounts on my account link pages. I cannot guarantee that any of them have been recently updated.

Hopefully I can get back to post more frequently!

H!P Videos and MLP Blind Bag Pages

I've finally created an MLP Blind Bag page. It's not exactly complete, however it is about 100% up to wave 7. Wave 8 (and obviously wave 9) are not yet done. However the page is up and ready for use.

I still have to update the H!P videos page as I haven't done that in ages, and it's a little out of date. Hopefully I'll be able to get around to doing that over the weekend.

Morning Musume - I WISH (Updated) Radio Rip

A radio rip of Morning Musume's updated version of I WISH from their new best album has been located on YouTube. Here's the video:

I think it sounds okay. Remember that this is the 9th, 10th, and 11th Generations, so no Sayu, which means they can't really find a reason to autotune any part of the vocals. (If they autotune Sayu's solo Aruiteru I'm going to be very angry, as I like Sayu's voice). Anyway, there's a few notes I'm not too pleased with, and at the end of the original there's something like a stretched out 'yeah' but in this new one it is like an 'oh' and it's a little offputting for me. This one is a lot closer to the original version, unlike the new Ren'ai Revolution 21. On that note, I do prefer the new version of I WISH over the new version of Ren'ai Revolution 21. I'm particularly looking forward to the new LOVE Machine, Sayu's Aruiteru and the new song, Wolf Boy.

This releases on September 25, 2013 in two editions: Regular and Limited.
