A content listing for °C-ute's upcoming 8th album, 8 Queen of J-POP, has been announced. This has been floating around for a little while now, but I'll post it anyway for those who are unaware. To begin with, it's coming in three editions, two limiteds, and a regular. It's releasing on the 4th of September.
~ Regular Edition ~
Release: September 4, 2013.
Price: 3150 Yen.
Content: CD only.
~ Limited A ~
Release: September 4, 2013.
Price: 6300 Yen.
Content: CD + Footage of the final of °C-ute's spring 2013, ~Treasure Box~ at Pacifico Yokohama on 2013/06/29.
~ Limited B ~
Release: September 4, 2013.
Price: 3780 Yen.
Content: CD + DVD (the DVD's contents are yet to be revealed)
Also, there's a Blu-Ray for °C-ute Concert Tour 2013 Spring ~Treasure Box~:
Release: September 25, 2013.
Price: 5250 Yen.
Content: It's apparently the same as the DVD in the Limited A Edition of 8 Queen of J-POP.
As the separate Blu-Ray and Limited A have the same concert footage, I'm led to believe that it's the ACTUAL concert included with the CD. Hopefully this idea will sell well as it will save a lot of fans money (especially international fans who need to get it shipped, such as myself) and then it will come into effect for the other Hello! Project groups. (And then fans have extra money to buy other Hello! Project stuff).
The actual track list for 8 Queen of J-POP hasn't been announced yet, which is frustrating (or it least it is for me) but I think it'll look a bit like this:
- Kimi wa Jitensha Watashi wa Densha de Kitaku
- Aitai Aitai Aitai na
- Kono Machi
- Crazy Kanzen na Otona
- Kanashiki Amefuri
- Adam to Eve no Dilemma
- And 3 - 6 new songs, plus maybe they'll put Kanashiki Heaven on there too...
I hope that they put the Winter Version of Kimi wa Jitensha that they used in °C-ute Concert Tour 2012-2013 Winter ~Shinsei Naru Pentagram~ (for those who haven't heard it, it's awesome) on the album rather than the normal version that's all over my iTunes and iPods, as I think it's better. Even if they have to re-record it in order to do it, I think it's totally worth it!
I'll post more on this when we get updates on the actual track listing (maybe they'll follow my speculation). Until then,
~WotaYagi
